Production Time

All products are made after an order is placed. Because of this, not all products have the same production or shipping time.

  • Production time: 2-5 business days

  • Production times vary depending on the item and order volume

  • Production may take longer during holidays or high-demand periods


Shipping Time

Once your item is finished, it will be shipped.

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary based on the product, destination, carrier, and customs processing.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping destination

Shipping fees are separate from the product price unless stated otherwise.


Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes more than one item:

  • Items may ship separately

  • Packages may arrive at different times

Tracking will be provided for each shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 2-7 days for tracking updates.


International Orders

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs fees

  • Import taxes

  • Duties

These are not included in the item or shipping price.

We ship internationally; however, shipping services may be unavailable for certain countries or regions due to ongoing conflicts, government regulations, carrier limitations, or local laws and policies.

If an order is placed from a location where we are unable to ship, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delays or Lost Packages

Shipping delays may happen and are outside of our control.

If your package is delayed or lost:

  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number

  • Reach out to us if you need help
